Some truly wonderful people and personalities I was sorry to say goodbye to.

C-Level team was dysfunctional. No transparency. Lack of vision and strategy. My experience comes from the San Jose, CA office. This office was sales only team. After months of being told business was great and growth was expected, HQ decided to shut down all US operations and lay off entire team. No warning. There was so much dysfunction. Half the C-Level team quit or was fired at the same time. The ones that remained reacted irrationally and made drastic decisions. No loyalty. Not a proper way to manage a company. I would not recommend joining this team unless a change in leadership takes place.
