      The team were fantastic and management were great people. They found the right approach to hiring the right people and everyone was open to working together.

      Cons

      No real direction, they seem to be making decisions to correct issues of the past but everything from strategy to how you get pricing seems made up.

      Cloud gateway is a company that supports its employees whilst encouraging them to be masters of their own destinies. The company has a fairly flat hierachy where everyone's ideas can come to the table and the customer experience is priority. Everyone is motivated to succeed as a team and an individual,
