You can easily reach out to them if you have concerns. Benefits good. HMO/ Health Insurance must be higher coverage.
Cons
No backup plans whenever you don't have a client for a certain period. You will be forced to have your garden leave and you will be paid for 30 days. Good that you are still paid while waiting for the new client. But what's next after that 30 days if you still don't have a client? No backup will be given, you don't have a choice but to look for another one. They also mentioned that they would help you look for a job but it's not happening. There is no assurance at all.
