Pros
Cloud Bridge has a culture of collaboration, of continuous learning, and of using cutting-edge technology.
As a technologist at heart, I really value being part of a strong team. We're lucky to have some great end customers, too; so we get to work on some interesting and fulfiling projects.
There's a good work-life balance; we're encouraged to work hard, but are masters of our own destiny -- what matters is producing the best work possible, and being part of a team that builts great stuff.
Cons
I've always worked in small teams, so I wouldn't view this as a con personally, but I think it's important to note that Cloud Bridge is a smallish company, and so if you’re looking for a corporate behemoth, this isn't it! But having said that, we do work in the enterprise space, and many of our end customers are enterprises.
Another thing to be aware of is that, as with all small teams, we sometimes end up wearing a few different hats. From my viewpoint, that's a good thing; it means that everyone's input is valued and you get to shape things. We're still at the size where everyone can have an input in our all-hands meetings. But it's a different culture from, say, working in a big corporate system integrator. You'll get to do more stuff and be exposed to new things.
