      Pros

      You get a descent workstation to work with. The colleagues/peers are friendly and welcoming. There isn't much to say to give a minimum 20 word pros.

      Cons

      The pay is inadequate. The work load is too high. The management doesn't delegate work properly. The management doesn't believe in proper planning before doing anything. The management doesn't believe that employees have a life outside work, you will have no social life whatsoever. Worst it all, the senior management lacks a lot of trust in it's employees.
