Pros

Closed Loop is comprised of employees and management who are are honest, down-to-earth, great at their work, and fun to work alongside. This makes for a very healthy culture and a great working environment! Additionally, management carefully selects clients who are also great to work with, and whose product/service is interesting. If a working relationship with a client becomes becomes exceedingly burdensome, CL management is very willing to support their employees & diplomatically end the engagement. At Closed Loop, you have a considerable degree of autonomy in how your work, while being surrounded by coworkers who are eager to help and teach one another. The work/life balance is another great aspect of work here; the company encourages time off & allows for flexibility in where & how you work, understanding employee's home/family responsibilities. There is much more to mention, but overall Closed Loop is a great place to learn and grow your career within the Digital Advertising industry & I would recommend to anyone in the field.

Cons

Working remote may be a challenge for certain personalities, but Closed Loop I think makes for as good of a remote work environment as you can get!

Pros

The company has a lot of talented people that collaborate together and are devoted to help your career growth. Asides from work, the online team game is something that I personally look forward to. It doesn't make me feel like I'm working alone and remotely.

Cons

If you love a fast paced environment, you will enjoy every moment.

Pros

Talented team who will never get the chance to truly shine.

Cons

Company is falling behind fast. Founder refuses to invest in the business to keep up with the changing industry. This means that clients ask for capabilities other agencies have, leaving employees to scramble to fill the gaps. Strong leadership is lacking and employees are left to train themselves. The founder does not support any marketing for the agency, leaving the company to struggle for new business. Without a sales and marketing team, business development is left up to employees. Unfortunately the future of this agency is not bright. If you’re career minded, this isn’t the place for you.
