This makes for a very healthy culture and a great working environment! Additionally, management carefully selects clients who are also great to work with, and whose product/service is interesting. If a working relationship with a client becomes becomes exceedingly burdensome, CL management is very willing to support their employees & diplomatically end the engagement. At Closed Loop, you have a considerable degree of autonomy in how your work, while being surrounded by coworkers who are eager to help and teach one another. The work/life balance is another great aspect of work here; the company encourages time off & allows for flexibility in where & how you work, understanding employee's home/family responsibilities.
