As much as we appreciate your feedback overall, and will be reflecting on it, we can't agree with, "Customer churn is a massive problem... the product is very far away from where it needs to be in order to be competitive... working on the GTM team will be a constant uphill battle" Factually, we ended 2022 with zero churn, and have had great feedback from early adopters, and new customers as reflected in our client testimonials on our website. That said, building a modern technology start-up with ambitious goals is like building a plane while flying it, and it is not for everyone. But, this is how innovation, advancement, and market disruptions are done. We would be happy to discuss your feedback further on a 1:1 basis, and wish you all the best in your next role.
