Pros
The benefits are awesome, especially for an entry level position. In terms of benefits you will not be disappointed. Good training program and intro to the company. They do an outstanding job of making you feel welcome.
Cons
After training, it's no more Mr nice guy. It's a bad environment. More senior employees and leads will treat you like crap and be very quick to jump down your throat if you make a mistake or even if you don't make a mistake. They ignore and won't listen to your concerns or feedback if you speak up.
