      * Entire engineering leadership team only knows to micromanage * Lack of clear company strategy * Hard deadlines for no reason, which creates an ideal space for this crazy amount of pressure * Managers do not listen to feedback * Terrible tech architecture and no clear vision from tech leadership (staff engineers included) * No benefits other than your salary * Dev team is 100% men

      Schedule flexibility, Facility variety, Gaining skills such as adaptability

      Availability of shifts can vary greatly causing unreliability in steady income, strict contract guidelines making it hard if "life" happens, slow loading of app causing technical issues and errors with clocking in/out and location tracking, last minute cancelations by facilities can be frustrating
