There are some people there with good ideas and who love their job, however, the problem is the whole place is too political. So bad ideas and inaction rule over good ideas and hard work.

Where to start ... First of all the CEO is smart and very talented but he turns out to be a complete liar with no sense of honor, loyalty or fairness. That means you can work your behind off and then get left in the dust. He is most busy doing "CEO stuff" like traveling the world to high-end meetings but spend very little time in the trenches understanding what is happening IN the company. The other C-suite members are not technically competent at all. Inaction rules. When there is a big decision that needs to be made, instead of thinking carefully and making it -- the whole organization waits and waits and waits until they hear from top leadership, which rarely takes the time to understand the details or listen. The lead technical architects have NO idea what they are doing and have built a janky mess of code and processes that they are defending with their lives. Arrogant engineers defending a mountain of technical debt. If you critique it, you will be marked for deletion. There is a strange cultural dysphoria. Is it a Mexican company? Or a US company?
