Pros
It is filled with seasoned professionals that know the ins and outs of business and government. As a young professional I have found it to be a great learning experience that gave a a leg up on many other candidates my age.
Cons
Untraditional work environement. Work from home a lot (As a recent graduate just not what I wanted at the moment)
