The company has great technology, lots of opportunities and possibilities with solution. there is so much need for the solution in the market. great and bright ideas occur daily. Senior management truly wants each individual to be successful. they are a great support to their employees. their vision is very optimistic and appropriate.
Cons
There is so much that needs to be done but not enough resources to complete all the tasks.
