You are expected to do tele consultation even on sundays, public holiday and nights if you are put on duty. You are expected to do insurance reimbursement approval. You will be compelled to attend meetings specifically on non working hours i.e during your afternoon free time. You can't expect your performance bonus during your probation period i.e for the first 6 month All these are not mentioned before joining
