Being a start up and a smaller organization, I've had the opportunity to be involved in all departments. If you like being able to wear many hats like I do, this is the place for such. It's also nice that everyone here is very team-oriented and genuinely supportive of each other. Hard to find a work place this cohesive! Everyone here is also very driven and passionate about what CRF is about and not one of us is here because it's just another paycheck.

Being that it's a start up, directions are not always clear so you have to be a go-getter to learn what you need. Everyone here carries their own weight and have the understanding there's no room to slack off. Management is always good about giving guidance though, so this isn't really a problem. Having had previous experience in other start ups, I knew what to expect going in but others may find it not as appealing.
