In 2018, we implemented the use of PayScale, a robust compensation platform combining big data and job matching algorithms. They matched our job descriptions to market data within the Healthcare IT industry based on specific job requirements, responsibilities and experience. Having a defined compensation structure based on industry salary standards has been well received. Our new annual performance review process is in place; regular one on one feedback sessions between Managers and their teams are also encouraged. These conversations foster open communication and collaboration.
CCSI has done some restructuring and introduced a career development program which has been productive. We have increased communication to all employees through quarterly town hall meetings conducted by our CEO (which are streamed for remote employee participation). Periodically, employee surveys are conducted to allow for anonymous feedback. These changes are a result of employee responses aligned with strategic goals.
