Pros

The company pays its employees well and there is also room to grow. In my time there I saw many people be supported as they grew within their department as well as people that moved to different departments and got the opportunity to explore new fields. This was one of the most intelligent and savvy groups of people that I've ever worked with and although it is a very specific type of work culture there, it is a nice family feel within the separate departments.

Cons

Upper management. Many at the highest of the totem pole have a very dated way of viewing how a company should navigate, display a lot of favoritism and overall make emotional decisions that don't benefit the organization or team members as a whole. They harp on having an open door policy and taking everyones voice into consideration but every employee I knew that worked there knew that not to be true and knew to watch what you say/suggest around certain leadership.

We value our teams’ input and thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We understand that anonymous outlets may be more appealing for expressing opinions, however we encourage team members to embrace the “tell a human” approach and communicate directly with their manager or People Operations so we can address specific concerns. We're grateful you had the opportunity to work with great minds and watch them grow, whether upward or within new departments. We would love to hear more on your thoughts about upper management through open conversation and feedback. Please reach out to careers@clinicalarchitecture.com so we may learn more. We certainly embrace innovate ideas and feedback on how to improve and your input could help us in those efforts. We also appreciate the fact that there is a delicate balance when it comes time to implementing new ideas and ways of doing things. We evaluate these considerations and do our best to communicate to the team on why we may or may not be able to take action on certain ideas. We're bummed to hear this may not have been your experience and would be grateful for the opportunity to learn more. Again, we thank you for your feedback and hope you’ll reach out so we may gain a better understanding of your experience.
