Pros
There is a relaxed but professional atmosphere and work-life balance is encouraged by the management team (for example, they just added additional paid holidays - so we now have 11 paid holidays a year, in addition to our PTO.) As a working parent, I find that they are very supportive and flexible.
Cons
I can't think of any real downsides to working here.
