ClimeCo has a strong mission focused on sustainability and environmental impact, and that was one of the things that initially drew me in. There are smart, dedicated people across the organization, and many teams genuinely care about the work they do.
Cons
Internal processes and communication can feel disorganized at times, which makes it challenging to get clarity and move projects forward. Expectations aren’t always clearly defined, and priorities can shift quickly without much notice. Some departments are stretched thin, leading to uneven workloads and occasional burnout. Leadership has good intentions but could benefit from more transparency and consistency in decision-making.
