I think so as a fresher to join a startup is much better than MNC. In MNC you will be responsible for modular functionality of a project but in a startup you will be responsible for a full flash project as per your specialization. I am not saying you should join the Click labs or not. I just suggest you to join the start up to gain the knowledge as well as a good package. I just want to keep some points what I feels about the organisation.... 1. Important fact hiring and firing ratio:- As u read on quora if they are hiring the people then y they are firing so much. So its just rumor I don't think so they fired any deserving candidate. If you are a average person you are safe. 2. Workload: If you are able to manage your work in a good way then it's average as compare to any of the startup. 3. Location: As everyone knows Chandigarh is a green and clean city and affordable as well. 4. Hike: At year completion. Average hike 15%. 5. Just be ready to adopt the work environment as fast as you can cog they just handover the project to newcomers before the completion of the training. 6. Flexible timing 7. 5 day in a week that's the best thing. 8. Young age employee avr age 25.
Cons
1. Use and through: Learn as much as u can ad just shift the company. Because after 6-8 month there will be nothing to learn. You have to work the same work again and again. 2. They believe in hiring the new person as compare to retain the old person on the same salary whatever he/she expect. We all (30+ out of 39 who joined last year) switch the company with in an year. 3. Almost all project manager having non technical background. 4. No team lead, Project manager directly discuss with developer. Somehow it's good for short term. 5. No extra benefits or facilities as like bonuses, cab facility etc. 6. Late working hours for QA team specially btw I was developer. But I'll never recommend to anyone join as a tester in Click Labs. 7. Salary Breakdown (bonuses and all that after a year completion but you can not stay for an year so year bonuses are just honey trap to mention the high salary package)
