Pros
International environment, nice office building and location
Cons
Micromanagement, unrealistic targets (and therefore impossible to reach bonus), open space office with insufferable noise levels (everyone on call at the same time), unpaid overtime is encouraged and there’s a very competitive and cliquey climate. The work is extremely repetitive and there is little to no chance of growth. The salaries are quite low, and the company is constantly encouraging afterworks where everyone gets drunk and socializes only with colleagues, having no life or social circle outside the company. It works since they recruit almost exclusively young graduates that relocate from other countries or interns as cheap workforce during the season. No holidays are possible in the summer (high season). There were cases of harassment and discrimination, though these individuals were let go. If you want your working environment to look like a frat party, this might be the right place.
