Nothing, the company had a good staff for 9 months but the good people left the company because it is horrible environment

- Uneducated Managers and Owners - Poor Pre Sales Team, low profile - Owners, Managers, sales and pre sales are not presentable at all - No role profiles for the employees, everything is fake - There is no internal processes - No structure, no one has any authority except the owners - no one do his job without massive follow up - Email is not considered as official communication way - most of people there can not speak, write and listen English, everything in Arabic - Not trusted place to work in, the management are not qualified. - Office is not clean - Bathrooms are dirty, there is not tissues at least - you will do all your work manually, technology is not exist their
