There isn't any pros to offer. Seems like a SCAM to me.

They have a 'bait and switch' going on that is NOT in an employee's best interests. Also, instead of a paycheque you are given excuses as to why you can't be paid! If you are offered a job by them RUN THE OTHER WAY! Look elsewhere. This is not a good company to work for.
