Good Place to Start Work - Senior Software Engineer Cleverex Systems Employee Review

The management has always been considerate and thoughtful about the employees. Very good work/life balance!! The company is very much up to date about employing modern technologies. The latest product I have been part of called GoEngage, in my humble opinion, is way head of Cleverex' competitors.

Not I can think of.

I have been working for Cleverex for about 16 years. This is my fourth job and I love it the most. The reason I have worked here the longest of my professional career is simply that I can take my own pace to learn and become more and more valuable to myself and the company. Senior management including Lihong the CEO is the easiest to work with. They genuinely show and act that they care about their employees. The CEO has been working for the Head Start community since the early nineties and is a Head Start expert and he cares about the Head Start kids!!! He always instruct staff members to think from Head Start's perspective and help them to save their fund to improve teachers' pay and center facilities. He has reasonably priced our software for Head Start.

In this world of cut-throat business environment, the company's mentality of thinking about the clients may not work very well. To save Head Start customers' money, the company has never hired a single sales person for all these years. The PROMIS software is a great software and all the organizations that are using it all learned about the product by word of mouth. With that said, it has been quite amazing that the company still has a significant share of the market. Of course the competitors are pressing Cleverex customers every day!
