      Pros

      Really enjoyed the interviewing process along with getting hired on. Everyone at clever is great and you can tell they are extremely happy to be working for such a great company.

      Pros

      Supportive team members and managers that genuinely want to see you succeed. Lots of support with onboarding and training. Fully remote, mission-driven company

      Cons

      Contractor pay should be higher. They hire for the back-to-school season, where ticket volume is exceptionally high. You work long days/hours. You do get overtime pay, but the base pay in my opinion is low.
