Pros
Remote job. Weekends off. Shifts during normal business hours, Not much work email to contend with. Medical insurance deductible is also out of pocket maximum. They contribute $50 per paycheck to your HSA. PTO of 20 days to start fully available at the start of the year.
Cons
Isolation of remote work. Deductible is $3500. Poverty wages. After deductions I just make about $1600 a month. This seems criminal, especially considering the vulnerable population they employ-- blind or otherwise disabled. Most of their employees are desperate for these jobs, and their low wage takes advantage of this. Many angry horrible callers to deal with too and the expectation to simply endure this.
