      - No work-life balance - Not a lot of opportunity to grow (completely depends on the team you're on) - Micro-managing managers / little accountability - Unlimited PTO means no one goes on vacation - Believe no HR is a great thing

      Regular firmwide events Competitive pay/benefits Lot of opportunities for employees to grow with the firm Hybrid work schedule

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO (sounds nice on paper, most people probably use less than other companies that may just offer a standard 2-4 weeks)
