Pros
I have been gone from CHL for a few months. I am not posting this out of spite, rather, so others can understand what it is like to work there. The technology really works! Inflammation testing, and the Clinic partnership are great. Lots of great new ideas coming as well, very exciting projects. Great people on the teams! My direct manager was solid.
Cons
The problem with CHL, is the CEO. At best he is a micromanager. At worst, a manipulator. I can't tell you how many times I was there I heard, "The CEO said.." He will check in on random projects in the hallway, just, whatever is on his mind. He creates a very stressful environment. He micromanages down to the words on emails that go out!
