Pros
- Sometimes there’s free pizza, if ownership hasn’t eaten it all.
- You get to say you work for an NFL team, which impresses people until they ask which one.
- The stadium sucks so you can treat the facilities like garbage and no one cares
- Free parking (you’ll be in it a lot, driving to unpaid events and not getting gas reimbursed).
- You’ll meet rich people who all suck horrendously
- You learn resilience. Not by choice, but by necessity.
- better chance of getting hired if you're POC since they need to hit numbers.
Cons
- Leadership is delusional, communication is nonexistent, and if you value your mental health, personal time, or basic dignity—this is not the place for you.
- Toxic office culture rooted in fear, silence, and favoritism.
- Zero support or respect for employees.
- You’ll work weekends, holidays, and be forced to work in office every single day, 8:30-5:30
- Nepotism runs the show. Don’t bother trying to grow if your parents aren't well connected in the city.
- Do I need to mention the predator QB situation?
- You’re expected to bleed orange and brown while they drain every drop of joy and motivation out of you.
- the pay is terrible unless you want to be making $40k at 26 years old.
