Pros

Not one pro, Even if your so desperate for a job go elsewhere. Moneys awful and you do 3 jobs not just a fitter and receive less money than a Hillary’s fitter, how on earth does that work?

Cons

Very badly run, they do not care about the fitters. A very top heavy company with office staff. Claim their product is hardwood and it is 100%. Not if you squeeze it to tight it will dent. UNAUTHORISED UNPAID wages after handing my notice in also cut me short of over a £1000 on my first months wages. I am now in a legal battle with clement Browne as they have broken the law by not paying me , it is UNAUTHORISED so therefore against the law, the Tribunal county court judgement will be arriving to the office sooner than you think.. Do not believe a word the owner sais in the interview, he’s a born salesmen, talking waffle. He will tell you only work 40hours and can earn 50k a year, I worked mon-sat 7am-getting home at home 9pm and if your lucky you might take 25k a year., very poorly run AVOID.

Pros

The people on the whole (ground level in the office, and the fitters). Despite everything else that happened in my time here the people were the thing that kept me going. Sadly they change regularly due to the company ethos.

Cons

Management really have very little clue about employment law or running a business - often short staffed and overstretched as another person has left (through choice or being pushed). If you work here and ever leave, make sure you just quit and walk on payday (once money is in your account). Despite doing the right thing and working my notice pay was withheld and then paid incorrectly. After a battle I did receive this money, but I would rather have saved myself the stress and worked the extra month at my new company where I am actually valued. Weekly team breakfast to boost morale was actually often a way to shoot people down rather than bring people together.
