Pros
- Diverse crew culturally
- When you are in the "in" crowd (determined by if management likes you), things are okay
- Elevated quality of gear/good access to it
- The Clair merger promises good things, but of course Clearwing has never actually wanted to keep those promises.
Cons
- Freelancers will think you're taking their job away, making a lot of them extremely cruel
- Leadership NEVER takes accountability, leading to everyone on the floor biting at each others' necks to try and get ahead (they will never get ahead)
- Too much work, too few workers because they over promise and can't retain employees. Bad pay
- Everyone trash talks everyone, management won't do anything
- Be ready to be talked down to by everyone, including people on the floor. They're all unhappy so they'll take it out on you regardless of your knowledge
