Pros

Nothing positive today truly awful management and people who treat you like an animal.

Cons

Upper management at least in the operations department is so bad it is embarrasing. They fired their last manager after 3 weeks becasue he had different opinions then upper management. Operations team is treated like dogs. Managers are terrible people who do not respect you and will throw you to th curb like you are nothing. If you were not a Navy Nuke you might as well not even apply thats all they care about. Operations team is severley understaffed and upper management refuses to accept that as reality and instead overworks the few people who haven't quit yet. Dont waste your time its genunely not worth it.

Pros

With this job you get a lot of overtime, and the base pay never what you take home. Overtime accounts for ~30% of your income

Cons

Switching between day and nightshift messes with your sleep schedule, no bonus pay for nightshift, The manager at the time was horrible which led to half the department quitting
