Hard Work, Good Pay - Laborer Clearwater Paper Employee Review

Hours are awful. A week is typically four twelve hour shifts: two day shifts, two night shifts. First few years are usually rough. Typically you start in an undesirable department and have to build up seniority to move to a better one. Paper machines especially are dangerous and extremely hot. This company truly seems to think they own you. Expect to work a lot of of OT. Working 72 hours a week or getting no days off for a couple weeks at a time is not uncommon.
