      CEO is really humble, a good person. Payout on time (within a week) Transparency (performanc is proportional to reward) Worklife balance Helpful Management No room for Politics They give you ample chances to perform Job security (even if you are an average performer)

      Working environment (really need to improve) Low salary They focus on quantity rather than quality No skill development / trainings for employes No investment on employees leave management system
