Fun people, decent training. Inbound calls only, in my case.
Cons
Very confusing pay structure. Commissions were hard to calculate. Managers were really artificial. Lots of dumb rules related to using their "script". I was often outperforming almost everyone on the floor in an honest manner, leading customers to what they needed. Selling multiple services and contracts at a time. I was consistent, effective, and personable. I never had a hard time with anyone on the phone. Yet, I was constantly in hot water with the internal review team because my calls were essentially too candid and not scripted enough... Their restrictive script and call policies impacted the bottom line for the companies, and for me. Eventually I left because of this.
