Pros
Clearleap is such an amazing company! Not only is it a great place to work but the people make it that much more special. I have never worked in such a culture that cherishes individuality. The perks aren't bad either...who wouldn't want a place that encourages work and play! Having the ability to take a break from your computer and endless projection of brain power to have a friendly yet competitive game of ping pong or cornhole makes Clearleap the ideal place.
Cons
Clearleap is growing SO fast that we have to be able to keep up! This means your job can become all-consuming for periods of time but, for me at least, seeing that hard work pay off makes it all worth it.
