Pros
Great team of people. Everyone within the organization is really competent and highly skilled. It is one of the most diverse work environments I've ever worked in. The clients we get to work with are really diverse and interesting too.
Cons
There are some growing pains with trying to adopt new systems, but overall it's a wonderful work environment and great company to work for.
