Salaries are better now than they used to be / more competitive with the market Leading edge of new technologies Teamwork between the tiers of Operations staff Health insurance for employee was paid for

Cons

Management is not on the same page as operations Sales/Account managers selling/promising products that operations does not support. Know your product before your sell it! Lack of communication between departments Work life balance was becoming non-existent No comp time policy Sick day policy of only 3 days No rollover vacation policy

Pros

The company was tight-knit and always worked to ensure the customer was taken care of. Accounting/Billing was a secondary question for customers that needed urgent, immediate assistance.

Cons

Remote work wasn't widely-adopted, which limited the available talent to local region.
