Pros
Learned to have thick skin, push through toxic environments and learned to work in a fast pace department with little to no error. They did give me a chance though.
Cons
I was treated extremely badly by my boss with verbal abuse. I am traumatized by the time I stayed there. You’re exceptionally going to be underpaid. There is NO worthy health or dental benefits. You get absolutely no PTO as well. The office is extremely small, outdated and has no AC. (During the summers, you will be working in 90+ degree weather). The office is located in an unsafe area, so when you get off you have to walk across the street into a homeless filled parking lot at dusk. You work full time in person, and there is no work from home days at all. If you somehow do get WFH days, you are monitored with a remote computer that shows everything you are doing in real time. IT is unprofessional and there is a lot of power trips with executives. I had to go to 4 months of thereapy after being at this agency because of how I was treated from higher ups/bosses. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a job or internship. It isn’t worth the trauma, mental health decline or blatant disrespect. I thankfully am at a place that has an extremely healthy and supportive work environment. Clear Talent Group truly sucked the living soul out of me. Once you join, you realize the biggest red flag is the turnaround rate for employees. It’s comical!
