I had some great coworkers

It was very busy and hard to keep up.

There are no pros to working under this management.

Works you on a skeleton crew, then says you are "overstaffed" and calls for a hiring freeze. No staff or doctor appreciation, poor communication. They have zero ability to run a medical practice and have no desire to practice proper patient care. They also lie about everything.
