Works you on a skeleton crew, then says you are "overstaffed" and calls for a hiring freeze. No staff or doctor appreciation, poor communication. They have zero ability to run a medical practice and have no desire to practice proper patient care. They also lie about everything.

Overworked and underpayed! Seems like it’s all about numbers and not quality of care for the patients! Too much is expected without compensation!
