Overselling and underdelivering is it's mantra. The company is poorly run and there is no vision to nurture or even sustain the existing relationships with it's clients. Team members have to not only deliver using thier cumbersome inhouse platform, but also manage customer comms. Despite it's shortcomings the platform is hailed as some kind of an engineering marvel. It's no wonder that so many bigwigs have left in droves over the past year. And then there were also mass layoffs. Juniors with very little industry experience were promoted to lead & manage delivery, and the results are clearly not promising. Clients are probably wondering why they signed up in the first place, probably all the sales talk swayed them. It's a sinking ship and the there is a good chance the comapny may go bust one day.
