Pros
Amazing team members, atmosphere is friendly. Vision is clear. Free food. Small team with close ties between departments. Really cares about its customers from the top down.
Cons
The mission is getting tougher, so more is expected of staff than ever before, this isn't a bad thing of course however it's that there is less freedom than before. Amongst other things, I think this means that the company will be forced to pay market rate salaries to retain staff.
