Pros

Work hours can be flexible only if the manager favors you!

Cons

Common sense can be hardly found in this company where favoritism and discrimination dominate the workplace! Management lets go of hard-working employees with potential and lets the lazy ones stay because the manager favors them more!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear you felt this way during your time with us. Clear Align works hard to maintain a workplace where expectations and policies are applied consistently, including core working hours outlined in our employee manual. Flexibility is offered when possible, but it’s based on role requirements and business needs—not favoritism. We take concerns about fairness and equity seriously. While your experience doesn’t reflect the broader feedback we receive from our team, it’s still important to us. We regularly review our management practices, promote from within, and invest in leadership training to ensure every employee is treated with respect and has the opportunity to thrive. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Cons

The facility that I work in is slightly understaffed.

Pros

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

Cons

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
