Pros
After my experience with them, I honestly have no ‘pros’ to comment on.
Cons
Bullying, back stabbing, lies, dodgy dealings behind closed doors, victimisation, discrimination, derogatory personal comments - these are all by the senior management. If your face doesn’t fit they will do everything they possibly can to ensure you leave, one way or another. One of their mottos is ‘it’s all about the people’ No, they will bully you for months on end (also during 2020 lockdown so added worry of being unemployed also) run you down into the ground to the point you are so miserable you no longer want to work for them anyway. Inappropriate relationships with staff, inappropriate comments/looks to staff members, let alone some of their current employees pasts! If I could give anyone any advice from my experience there is simply just work somewhere else. Your skills and experience are much more wanted and needed elsewhere, somewhere that actually values good staff and doesn’t listen to one person that all senior management are ridiculously scared of!
