Pros

I have a really awesome Supervisor that cares about his job. Besides that not much else is a pro.

Cons

The wages they offer employees are way too low to live off of. They are no longer doing raises and they don't offer much in vacation or other benefits. They also let people who haven't worked the job very long become a supervisor quickly. Also making us wear masks when the people in the buildings we clean for aren't required to themselves.
