Pros
The organization is wonderful. The work they do for their families is amazing and everyone is dedicated to their mission.
Cons
There is a real problem with upper management, especially in the finance area. The CFO is a good CFO but a poor manager. Goal posts constantly change, she’s never issued one word of praise, and she can’t admit when she’s wrong. Furthermore, there’s turnover in the department about once every six months. There’s only one common denominator.
The rest of upper management is oblivious to the needs of their staff. Turnover is ridiculously high, even among the overpaid admin staff. Something needs to change at the top, and quickly.
