Don’t join this organisation even if you have only option. I recommend wait for some time and search another opportunity . Or better to retrain in same organisation. But never join this.

Everything is worst here, office is like a cyber cafe .
Sometimes you won't have progress and you won't be exposed to anything new . Only seniors will do that work. Management acts like...... most favorite happens openly and they fight within management departments itself. So much politics. And if someone is tech good and string they can harass anyone. I had gone through such and even complained hr no use
