Pros
The work is easy to pick up, the warehouse is easy to learn the layout of, and overall, the clients aren't hard to work with. I really enjoyed my job, I really enjoyed the clients, I felt like I was really proficient at what I did.
Cons
The owner. He is a bully that likes to throw his weight around, shout at people, swear at people, and slam doors. He also is bad at client relations, he often forgets what you tell him, he micromanages. I have often already done a task only to have him message me in teams or come to my desk to tell me to do said task. He openly has people doing 2-4 different jobs and will get unreasonably upset if you aren't performing all 3 of those jobs to his satisfaction (in my case, I was an Order Processing Clerk, AR Clerk, Receptionist, and Office Manager). At a certain point you can either try to explain to him that he's spreading you too thin (and get cussed out, like I did) or quit outright. The owner is truly a terrible person to work for, I've also witnessed him commit wage theft and had to report him to OSHA for no hot water, as well as seen him first hand berate almost every single one of my fellow co-workers for what could be described as asinine details.
