      Crews are often fun to work with.

      Cons

      New hires can often be woefully inexperienced on the boat operations side with insufficient time for training during the high season, which is anxiety-inducing for captains when short-staffed.

      Pros

      ~Pays better than other Boston boat companies (looking at you Hornblower) ~Crew and captain equally split tips and the tips are pretty decent

      Cons

      ~Work is almost exclusive nights and weekends. ~Understaffed on crew, captains, and office personnel. ~No dental, and health insurance isn't great.
