Limited hours and minimum wage

Some really great people to work with, clients are very suporitive

Too many non experienced people are hired. They expect cafe managers to do more than they are being paid to do. No reviews, always come up with excuses why they wont review employees, and their idea of a raise is .25 cents. They dont compensate extra time put in, they talk down to their managers, embarrass their managers in front of other employees. They pay line wook wages to managers. They play favoritism among long term managers, they dont enfprce company policies with the senior managers, but will rake any other manager across the coals.
